The Frias Elementary Parent Teacher Organization was chartered in 2015. 

Our mission is to support the education of children at Charles & Phyllis Frias Elementary by fostering relationships among the school, families, and teachers.

We are organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, or education purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Frias PTO is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. TAX ID #47-4630855.

Membership in this organization shall be open, without discrimination, to anyone who believes and supports the mission of the organization.
