The Frias PTO is comprised of a dedicated group of parents, caregivers, administration, teachers, staff, and community members. Our mission is to support the education of children at Charles and Phyllis Frias Elementary School by fostering relationships among the school, families, and teachers. Our goal is to make a meaningful impact to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
