About the PTO

The Frias Elementary Parent Teacher Organization "Frias PTO" was established in 2015. 

Our PTO brings families, teachers, and staff together to build a strong, supportive school community & create meaningful experiences that benefit every student. 

We are organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, or education purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Frias PTO is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. TAX ID #47-4630855.

Membership in this organization shall be open, without discrimination, to anyone who believes and supports the mission of the organization.
